$ Making A Payment
From the start of Term 2 2017 school related payments can be made via cash, cheque or online payment. We will no longer be able to accept Credit Card payments.
The Department of Education must follow the guidelines set by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI DSS). To comply with the PCI DSS a customer’s credit/debit card data must not be written down or stored. Hence the reason the school must adopt this new payment system.
Online credit card payments must be made through a secure payment system hosted by Westpac. This system complies with the regulations and ensures that no credit card details are captured or held by the school. Online payments can be made using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
Payments made through the online system are automatically passed to the school where they are receipted against your child’s
account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by the school.
