The North Shore Secondary Schools Partnership or ‘NS5', is an innovative partnership between Turramurra, Ku-ring-gai, St Ives, Killara and Chatswood High Schools which aims to enhance and enrich the learning opportunities for students across the five schools whilst celebrating the unique characteristics and strengths of each individual school in the partnership.

As part of this regional collaboration, the NS5 have initiated numerous exciting projects in areas such as curriculum sharing, professional networking and mentoring.

As a member of the North Shore Secondary Schools Partnership, students at Chatswood High School have the opportunity to choose courses that may be offered at another of the schools in the partnership thereby expanding their curriculum choices exponentially.

As a result of  the NS5 initiative students and parents have experienced a significant change in the thinking and opportunities available to enhance the learning experiences for students. The model of collaboration in the NS5 partnership,  generates innovative thinking, creates learning programs which reflect 21st century thinking and responds to the needs of 21st century learners.
